Composite pallet is protected from damage by nails. No nails or screws are used in the production of composite pallets.

HUMIDITY 7%

Since the humidity is about 7%, no deformation caused by humidity is observed. Likewise, it does not cause any damage to the product on the composite pallet due to moisture.

60% STOCK SAVINGS

Due to its nesting feature, it saves 60% of space compared to the classic pallet. In this case, it opens up a serious space from the transportation of the product to its stocking in the enterprise.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND SUSTAINABLE

A tree is cut for every 5 pallets on the wooden pallet. Composite pallet is used for waste sawdust, corn straw, paddy etc. Since it can be made from products, it is an environmentally friendly product that also considers future generations.

FIRE PROOF

Since the composite pallet is produced with high pressure, it reacts very late compared to the classical pallet.

E1 GLUE

The glue type used in chipboard and MDF within the framework of international processes is E1 class.

40% LIGHTER

It is lighter than conventional pallets. While 800mmx1200mm euro pallet is 25-27 kg, 800mmx1200mm composite pallet is 14-17 kg.
